Start a new video, switch to AI Avatar, auto-generate the script, create the avatar video, preview it, and share it with a lead in HelloRamp Engage.

Learn how to create an AI avatar message in HelloRamp Engage by starting a new video, generating the script, rendering the avatar video, previewing it, and sharing it with a lead.

Guide steps

1. Open the video creatorTap the green video button in the bottom navigation to start a new Engage video.
2. Add the video titleTap the title field to fill in the video title.
3. Continue to add clipsTap the footer button to continue after the title is filled.
4. Choose AI AvatarTap AI Avatar to create a message using an avatar instead of recording clips.
5. Auto-generate the scriptTap Auto-Generate Script to open the script sheet and continue with the generated draft flow.
6. Generate the scriptIn the bottom sheet, tap Generate Script to create the draft for your avatar message.
7. Create the avatar videoOnce the script is ready, generate the avatar video from it.
8. Preview the avatar videoTap play to review the avatar video before sharing it.
9. Send the avatar messageTap Send to prepare the avatar video for sharing.
10. Copy the share linkCopy the avatar video link so it is ready to share outside the app when needed.
11. Choose a leadOpen lead selection so this avatar message can be tied to the right customer record.
12. Select the leadTap John to attach this avatar video to the correct customer record.
13. Send the finished messageSend the completed avatar video to your selected lead once the message is ready.
