Create your AI avatar

Open Profile, choose My Avatar, add your photo, record a one-minute voice sample, review the details, and submit the avatar for approval in HelloRamp Engage.

Guide steps

1. Open ProfileTap Profile in the bottom navigation to open your account and avatar settings.
2. Open My AvatarTap My Avatar to set up the photo and voice sample used for your AI-powered video avatar.
3. Add your photoTap Take Photo to capture a clear front-facing image. You can also use Upload Photo to choose one from your gallery.
4. Continue to voiceAfter the photo is added, continue to upload or record your avatar voice sample.
5. Record your voiceTap Record Voice and read the sample script clearly for at least one minute.
6. Stop when you are doneYou can keep reading and recording as long as needed. Tap Stop when you want to complete and save the voice sample.
7. Continue to reviewReview the saved voice sample, then continue to review both the avatar photo and voice together.
8. Submit for approvalSubmit the avatar details for approval. The avatar becomes available after review.
9. Avatar submittedYour avatar has been submitted successfully. The team will review and approve it shortly.
