Individual Data Subject's Rights (Data Access, Portability, Deletion)
We are committed to helping our customers meet the data subject rights requirements of GDPR. We do not process or store any personal data of the clients or their customers. We do store First name, IP address and company details unless your account is deleted. In which case, we dispose of all data in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but we will not hold it longer than 60 days. We are aware that if you are working with EU customers, you need to be able to provide them with the ability to access, update, retrieve and remove personal data. As we do not process or store any personal data of your customers, we are GDPR compliant. We've been set up as self service from the start and have always given you access to your data. Our customer support team is here for you to answer any questions you might have about working with the API.
Google API Disclosure
HelloRamp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy the including the Limited Use requirements.
1. Data Accessed (How we use your data)
Our application requests access to your Google account via https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload scope. This access is used for the following purposes:
Video Uploading: To upload video content created within HelloRamp directly to your YouTube channel at your request.
Account Identification: To identify which YouTube channel is connected to your HelloRamp account so you can manage your uploads. We do not access your private videos, subscriber lists, or viewing history.
2. Data Storage & Retention
To provide a seamless user experience, HelloRamp stores the following data retrieved from your Google/YouTube account:
Channel Name and Email Address: This is stored to identify your connected account within our dashboard.
Authentication Tokens: Securely encrypted OAuth tokens are stored to maintain the connection between HelloRamp and YouTube.
User Control: You may unlink your YouTube account at any time. Upon unlinking, or upon the deletion of your HelloRamp account, all associated Google user data (including channel name, email, and tokens) is permanently deleted from our servers.
3. Data Sharing & Limited Use
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data (including channel name and email) with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Strictly Functional: Your data is used solely to provide the video publishing features you have requested. We do not use your Google user data for AI/ML model training, advertising, or profiling.
Human Access: Our staff does not access your Google user data unless it is strictly necessary for security purposes, legal compliance, or if you have given us explicit consent for technical support.
